How to Apply
There are 4 parts to the application process:
- Complete the Online Application Form. Do this as soon as you know you are interested. It allows us to be in touch with you, including informing you right away if the camp is filled. A parent or guardian must fill out this Form. (If the link above to the online application form does not work for some reason, kindly contact us immediately and report the problem.) Please look over the Form, you may need to look up some information before filling it out - you cannot save the form half done and come back to it after you get this information.
- Submit the reports of the two tests described in section IV on the Eligibility page.
- A letter from parent or guardian about the student's ability in math.
- Ask an adult who knows the student well in a group or social setting to complete the confidential Online Non-academic Recommendation Form. This might be a family friend, music teacher, scout leader, chess coach, pastor, etc. The recommender cannot be a parent of the applicant, or other close relative, except by special permission. Direct your recommender to this "How to Apply" page on www.epsiloncamp.org, so s/he can click on the Recommendation Form link. We may telephone the recommender after the completed form is received to verify that the submission was made by them and to ask for clarification on any particular response in the submitted web form.
The application is not complete until all four items are received. You will receive acknowledgement of receipt within two days of our receiving all but the non-academic recommendation form. We will then acknowledge receipt of the non-academic recommendation form once it is also received - and verified by us by contacting the recommender. We usually make an admission decision within two weeks of receiving a full application; if you have not heard from us in the two weeks, please check with our Academic Director. All communications from us will be by email.
Registration. If the student has qualified, we will email you a Registration Form. To enrol, you must return the Registration Form promptly by post along with a deposit of $1000; we will hold the seat for ten (10) days from the date you are sent the Registration Form.

All application materials can be emailed. You may also send via postal mail. The camp has spots open unless it says otherwise on the front page of this site.
Note to those using postal mail: There is no need to use Express Mail or Priority Mail; regular First Class mail will suffice.
