Fees

The camp runs for two weeks with five days of classes in the first week and six days the next. (This past summer we had contemplated an option of a three week camp, but we dropped the idea part-way through the admissions season!)

Fees for the two weeks: $1950 Plus $100 key deposit
Includes tuition and meals for the camper - meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner, beginning with dinner on the arrival date (Sunday) and ending with breakfast on the departure date (Sunday). Fees do not include housing for the camper. The key deposit is returned when the room keys are returned at the checkout desk.

The camper is housed with own family in a quad unit with cooking facilities. The cost of housing is $30 per day per individual. (These were the summer 2011 rates; the summer 2012 rates will be about 5% higher.) Each camper is housed with his/her own family in a private dormitory apartment with cooking facilities - oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker. No microwave.

There is no fee for the parent workshop that runs parallel with and separately from the camp.

REFUNDS. Fees paid are refunded in full upon requests received up to April 30. No refunds are made on requests received after that date. Further, any fees owing beyond the deposit amount are due and payable, no later than the start date of the camp, on the student portion of the fees listed above. The late withdrawal of or cancellation by enrolled applicants leads - due to several reasons - to a corresponding decrease in camp enrollment. Parents are advised to protect themselves by insuring against loss arising from withdrawing for any reason; please visit https://www.campprotector.com/index.php?. For insurance purchased within 30 days of paying the fee deposit, the camp will refund one-half the cost of insuring the 2-week camper fees. Please inform us the cost of the insurance before making the insurance purchase.

A limited amount of financial aid is available.
