Tuition

Epsilon Camp 2024 tuition for each camper is $2900 plus a non-refundable registration fee of $150. This amount does not include meals or housing.

Financial aid covering up to full cost of attendance is available for eligible families, based upon adjusted gross income (AGI).

Housing

On-campus housing is an additional cost to camper tuition, and will be required for all families attending Epsilon Camp. Living on campus helps families and campers develop a feeling of community. Floor plans and amenities for housing options can be found on the Housing page. Lodging fees include linen and towel sets. Each family will register for 14 nights of housing.

Costs for housing are as follows:

  • Shared apartment: $95 per night

  • Private apartment: $190 per night

You are welcome to share an apartment with another family if you are comfortable doing so. Please note that if you choose a shared housing option, you may be charged for private housing if we are unable to match you with another family who wishes to share. We will do our best to match you with another family, but if you wish to be sure of shared housing, please find another family with which to share and inform us of your choice prior to our housing deadline (tentatively, March 15, 2024).

Meals

Meals are an additional cost to camper tuition. All attendees (including campers and camper family members) must purchase a meal plan for 13 days.

  • 0-5 years – free with adult

  • 6 years and up – $36 per day

In addition, there will be a welcome dinner for campers and families on the first night of camp; the cost of the welcome dinner will be determined prior to registration.

Estimated Cost for Camper and Parent

Below, we show the total estimated on-campus costs for one camper and one parent.

   Shared Housing    Private Housing
Tuition $2,900 $2,900
Registration Fee   $150 $150
Housing Cost $1,330 $2,660
Camper Meals $468 $468

Families will also need to plan for travel costs to and from camp for each camper and non-camper attendee. Optional field trips offered on the middle weekend will incur additional costs. Welcome dinner costs are also not included in the table above.

A rental car is optional. Many families choose not to rent a car and instead use a taxi service or public transportation as needed. Transportation will be provided for the optional field trips. If you will have a car and are staying on campus, the parking fee is included in the housing cost.

Deposit

A deposit of $1000 plus $150 registration fee per camper is required within 14 days of admission to Epsilon Camp. New admits to Epsilon Camp will be mailed instructions on how to send the deposit, and the registration process for housing and meals.

Payment of Balance

Payment of remaining balance of tuition, housing, and meals for all campers and attendees is due on May 1, 2024.

Registrations for which final payments and/or required camp forms have not been submitted by the May 1 deadline will be subject to a $200 late fee, in addition to any costs incurred from the host university due to late registration or changes.

2024 Refund Policy

Withdrawal requests received in writing no later than March 1, 2024 will have all paid fees refunded in full, except for the registration fee of $150. After March 1, tuition deposits of $1000 per camper and $150 registration fees are non-refundable. The remaining balance of tuition and room and board fees will be due on May 1, 2024, and no refund is made for withdrawals for any reason after this date. Epsilon Camp recommends travel insurance, such as TravMark™, to protect your travel, tuition and room and board payments in case you are unable to attend camp or must leave early due to emergency.

Epsilon Camp reserves the right to cancel or offer an online version of our summer program in the event of COVID-19 surges, medical epidemics, outbreaks, or other emergencies. In the event that Epsilon Camp is unable to offer an in-person program, we will notify families as soon as possible and practical. If a decision is made to move the camp online, we will apply the full deposit to an online summer program. For families who elect not to participate in an online program, Epsilon Camp will determine to what extent funds already received may be refunded, less expenses Epsilon Camp already incurred or will incur due to the cancellation of an in-person camp. Epsilon Camp will not be liable for any costs incurred by families due to cancellation of travel fees or any other expenses in the event that our program is cancelled or offered online.
